Fresh Approach will be at the Market with fresh asparagus! The Fresh Approach is a company based in Olympia, Washington that buys organic and conventional produce from family farms and orchards primarily in the Yakima Valley.

Each week, they make the trek east of the mountains and pick up fresh, ripe produce to sell at their stand at the Market! This weekend they'll have Walla Walla Sweet Onions as well as wild Morels and Porcini mushrooms!

Fresh Approach brings in only crops that do not grow well or in large quantities in Western Washington, so they do not directly compete with our local farmers.
