After cooking Paella at events and street festivals for many years, Paella Pro moved to their current location at the Market in November 2019 and cook Paella every day the Market is open. Their Vegan Paella (loaded with vegetables) and their Mixed Paella (a classic combination of chorizo, chicken, shrimp and vegetables) are available each Market day.
Each week they feature special pans made with ingredients sourced from the Market. Stop by and become one of their “Pan Pals” by participating in their version of the frequent flyer program—“get a card, buy 10, and get the next one on us!”
