Restaurant Profile: Los Tuleños

Los Tuleños has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine at the Olympia Farmers Market since 1999. Roberto and Saul began cooking together in 1982 at their restaurant in Lacey called La Palma. When their longtime customers heard they were moving their menu to the Farmers Market, many of them followed. Roberto says that he still recognizes many of the customers that he once served at La Palma and is happy to serve them at the Olympia Farmers Market every week.

Los Tuleños identifies two of their most popular dishes by where they come from: Mole from Puebla and Posole from Jalisco, Mexico. They are also proud to serve burritos, tacos and homemade tamales every week. There is something on their menu for every occasion; whether you are ordering food to feed a crowd or grabbing lunch on the go, Los Tuleños has the perfect dish.

Next time you’re ordering to-go, give Roberto a call, and he will have your order ready for you to pick up at the Market. 360-451-9385.
