Piece by Piece Farm is certified organic and has been farming in the South Bay area of Olympia since 2007. Quality is their top priority and they want the best for their soils, plants, customers and the community.
Like many farms in the area, they devote a large amount of field space to the staples you typically see at the Market, such as carrots, snap peas and sweet peppers. They also grow produce utilizing a greenhouse and will be at the Market on Saturday with beets, carrots, zucchini, chard, collards, kale, head lettuce, salad greens and mustard bunches - all in good quantities. They'll also have some bok choy, radishes, turnips and kohlrabi. Stop by and stock up on local, fresh, organic veggies!
