Chehalis Valley Farm is pleased to be attending the Market on Fridays as well as Saturdays and Sundays for the remainder of August.
They will bring their whole line of pasture-raised chicken, including: whole birds, boneless skinless breast, tenders, whole legs, thighs, drumsticks, wings, liver, hearts, feet and bones. They also recently started offering chicken gizzards and skin.
Chehalis Valley Farm will also be stocked back up with many of their forest-raised pork cuts starting this Friday. They will have pork chops, ribs, fresh belly, steaks, roasts, sausages and ground pork - perfect for end of summer grilling!
