Mak's Garden is located in Ethel, WA. Mak began farming as a career in 2020, cultivating two acres on the same land that her parents have farmed since the 90s. She specializes in Asian produce including baby bok choy, gai choy, short choy sum, gailon, yu choy, pea vine tips, chinese green beans, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, pearl onions, green onions, cilantro, chili peppers, brussel sprouts, spinach, baby salad greens, microgreens and lettuce.
