We are John, Sheila, and Nikki Ahmann. Our dairy and creamery was founded for the purpose of making simple homemade cheese the way our grandparents had. We are one of the smallest licensed dairies in the state, milking 4-5 cows at any given time. Our registered Guernsey cows give milk that is noted for its rich flavor and color, especially when grazing our lush Western Washington grasses. This 31-acre dairy farm, located just outside of Napavine, WA, is truly a little piece of heaven on earth. For the love of cheese and our cows, we work hard to create the very best cheeses.
