Mel Bilodeau makes ready-to-heat soups that anyone can heat and eat. All of Mel O’Soup's soups are free of gluten, corn, soy, dairy, salt, meat and nuts. Her concentrated, organic vegetable soups are sold refrigerated by the pint and flavors include:

• Garlic and Greens
• Bodacious Coconut Curry
• Diane's Borscht
• Luscious Sesame Potato

Her soup is available only at the Olympia Food Coops and Olympia Farmers Market.

She'll be at the Market this Friday, Saturday and Sunday and she's also a participating vendor in our online Market if you'd like to pick up your soup to-go!
