Baker/Potter starts by sourcing the best grain from responsible farmers in Washington State. They mill the grain in-house and each loaf is hand mixed, slowly fermented using wild yeast and baked in a wood fired oven. Loaf types include Cracked Emmer, Einkorn, Methow Red, Turkey Red Raisin, White Wheat, and Rye.
