owned and operated since 1983. In our
newly remodeled sausage kitchen we
produce all our own products under USDA
HACCAP program, one of the most strict
food safety programs in the world!  Our
equipment is state of the art, European
designed with our old world recipes and
new world ideas.  We've come up with
customer approved mouth watering
